Step 1. Check Eligibility
The process to earn your PMP certification starts with validating your eligibility for the exam. You must meet the eligibility criteria as laid out by PMI to apply for the PMP certification.

Step 2. Take up a 35 Contact Hours PMP Training
The next step in the PMP certification process is taking up a PMP certification training course. Attending the training not only helps you to prepare for the PMP exam but also lets you earn 35 contact hours, which is one of the essential eligibility requirements for PMP.

Step 3. Take PMI Membership (Optional)
